Ron has over 30 years experience in the on-site construction management for civil infrastructure, heavy civil, airports, bridge rehabilitation, wind energy and municipal infrastructure projects. He also has over 12 years experience as a senior claims consultant preparing construction delay impact claims, expert reports and providing expert testimony for owners, contractors, and legal counsel on multi-disciplined projects, inclusive of civil, mechanical, and electrical works. He has been qualified as an expert witness to provide expert testimony in arbitration proceedings in the areas of lost labor productivity, schedule delay analysis methodologies and quantification of damages.
