Perform a detailed review of all contract documents, contract schedule, schedule updates, Requests for Information, Site Instructions, Change Orders, Contemplated Changes, Relevant Correspondence, Progress Payments and labor data.
Perform a “Cause and Effect Analysis”, “Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis”, “Cost Assessment Analysis”, and “Quantification of Damages”.
Prepare either a written claim report to assist the client or a written Expert report according to the Rules of Civil Procedure in every province in Canada.
Presentation of the Claim or Expert report to the client or clients legal counsel, and attend Mediation, Arbitration , Trial, or Dispute Resolution Board hearings, or assist the client in negotiations for a claim settlement.
